Engagement Process
- Initial consultation (free)
- Statement of Work (SOW) prepared
- Both parties sign SOW
- Engagement begins
- Deliverables provided per SOW
- Payment per agreed terms
- Project closeout
Pricing
Pricing is detailed on our Services page and in individual SOWs:
- Tier-based pricing for standard services
- Custom pricing for enterprise engagements
- Ongoing partnership monthly retainers
Prices are subject to change. Quoted prices in signed SOWs are honored.
Payment Terms
Standard terms (unless otherwise specified):
- Net 30 from invoice date
- Late payment fee: 1.5% per month
- Payment methods: ACH, wire transfer, business check
- Currency: US Dollars
- Sales tax additional where applicable
Cancellation
Client may cancel engagement with written notice:
- Before work begins: Full refund minus deposit
- After work begins: Pro-rated based on work completed
- 30-day notice required for ongoing partnerships
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as strictly confidential:
- Mutual NDA available upon request
- Confidentiality survives engagement termination
- Industry-standard data protection
- Compliance with regulatory requirements

7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Consulting Services

9. Termination

Effect of Termination
Upon termination:

- Litigation: Disputes shall be resolved in Orange County, Florida courts.
WAIVER OF JURY TRIAL: Both parties waive right to jury trial for disputes arising from these Terms or services.
CLASS ACTION WAIVER: Disputes must be resolved individually. No class action lawsuits.
11. General Provisions
Entire Agreement
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and applicable SOWs, constitute the entire agreement between us.
Modifications
We may modify these Terms at any time:
- Posted on website with updated effective date
- Material changes communicated to clients
- Continued use constitutes acceptance
Severability
If any provision is unenforceable, remaining provisions continue in effect.
Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control:

- Pandemics

- Internet/infrastructure failures
- Cyber attacks (despite reasonable safeguards)
12. Special Provisions for Cybersecurity Engagements
Authorization for Testing
For security assessments, clients warrant:
- They own or have authority over tested systems
- They authorize testing in writing (via SOW)
- They will not hold CueSecure liable for legitimate testing actions
- They have backup procedures in place
Scope Limitations
Assessments and implementations are limited to:
- Systems and services explicitly defined in SOW
- Testing methods agreed in writing
- Time periods specified
- Personnel authorized
CueSecure will NOT:
- Test systems outside agreed scope
- Conduct destructive testing without authorization
- Access data beyond engagement needs
- Disclose findings beyond agreed parties
Regulated Industries
For clients in regulated industries:
- Additional terms may apply per regulations
- HIPAA Business Associate Agreements available
